Please contact us if you have concerns with any product you received. We do not accept returns without any confirmation from our Support Team. For damaged, incorrectly shipped or defective items, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org right away by providing a clear copy of the packing slip and photo of the damaged/incorrect item or short video clip of the defective product received.
Note that any returned item that is not confirmed will not be eligible for replacement or refund. For refunds, once confirmed and processed, it usually takes about 5-to-10 business days for it to show up in your account or on the original form of payment. If you are experiencing any delays with seeing the funds back in your account, please contact your bank provider, Google Play or PayPal.
If there is a need to return an item (and is confirmed by our Support Team), we recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the successful delivery of your return.
Refunds for the return shipping cost can only be provided if the return is a result of our error such as damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped products.
Please note that Vitant will not be held responsible for returns outside of the cases stated above.
Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Item Received
Please reach out to our Customer Support at email@example.com. Be sure to include your order number, the photo or short video clip of the damaged/defective product together with a clear copy of the packing slip so we can help you get situated.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Once you have submitted your order we begin processing your order immediately and we cannot cancel, modify or add items.
Please note that all our products are considered final sale items and Vitant does not allow returns, exchanges, or cancellations for final sale items, especially that all items are processed immediately.
You'll receive an automatic shipment confirmation email with your tracking details once your order shipped and we'll update you should there be any limitations that will affect the processing time.
Refunds are offered for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products. Once your refund request has been confirmed, we’ll issue a refund back to your original form of payment. Once the refund has processed it usually takes about 5-10 business days for it to show up in your account.
Please note that not all requests make it in time especially if the order has already processed too far and/or shipped. This is not a guarantee that your order cancellation will be confirmed.
Also, we'll refund you to the original form of payment used as long as the account that’s associated with the original card is still open.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your purchase to a different card or account. Feel free to contact your bank provider if the original account was closed before the refund was initiated.

We'll do our best to change the shipping address before it ships. If it has been processed too far or has been shipped before we are able to fix the issue, the best thing to do is contact the postal carrier responsible for delivering your package and notify them about your request.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
lf the item was marked as a gift upon purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
lf the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and will be notified regarding the returns.
