Due to the sharp increase in the number of orders, it may temporarily take us up to 3 business days to process your requests, and up to 7 business days to arrange the deliveries. Please note that items that are tagged as pre-order might take (2 to 3 weeks) processing times. 

Processing time may take longer if there are any unforeseen product or manufacturing delays.

Shipping times vary greatly depending on fluctuating demand for certain products. Therefore, we will ship your products to you as soon as they are ready - even if that requires shipping your order in separate packages (at no extra cost to you).

While international orders take up to 8-15 business days for the order to ship and gets delivered within 15-45 business days.

Sometimes it may arrive earlier than the expected date depending if the package didn't encounter some problems while it was in transit. And can be delayed if there are:

  • Logistic problems with the carrier in regards to the billing and shipping addresses not the same
  • Pending payment due to credit approval and verification issue
  • The product is currently out of stock or for pre-order
  • An order requires customization
  • Other unforeseen circumstances like COVID-19

Delays in customs are becoming increasingly common. Final delivery may take longer to some international destinations due to border restrictions and potential holds at customs. Unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent this type of delay. 

You will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your order. For your reference, the current order status is available online. Please visit our tracking page and enter your order number and the email used for this order.

Once your order ships, the tracking number will be enclosed in the shipping confirmation email you will receive.

We use a variety of couriers including USPS, UPS, DHL, and more as the final mile carrier of your package. Please track the order from time-to-time to have the most up-to-date information on the shipping progress. Sometimes there are really delays in the tracking to update but once the shipment reaches the next facility the information will definitely update. Also, please note that not all international orders will usually receive tracking info but we're here to help if this is the case.

Order Status
This estimated ship date is usually noted on the product description page. An order begins processing as soon as the item is in stock and timelines vary based on the product. Occasionally, items may be delayed due to logistic issues, huge demand, and unforeseen circumstances like the COVID-19.

The date listed on the product page is an estimate based on details from our manufacturer and can vary depending upon demand. We make every reasonable attempt to make sure your order is delivered on time but please be aware that shipping dates are subject to change. But once your order is shipped, you'll receive an automatic shipment confirmation email with your tracking details.

International Shipping
International orders take approximately 8-45 business days to arrive once shipped. Please be sure to keep a lookout for your package and be present at the time of delivery so the package won't be returned to sender. Best to also check in with your local sorting office and/or customs to ensure they're not holding the package.

Custom Charge
All international orders may be subjected to import and/or customs fees before delivery can be completed. Customs charge will depend on the number of items ordered, their weight, and the total price. We are unable to provide the total amount of the charge or how it is being calculated. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country's duty and tax protocol.

Please note that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees.

Also, the shipping charges applied to your order do not include customs fees. Customs fees cannot be refunded, as they are not charged by us. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned and instances like this are not eligible for refund or reshipment.

Payment Information
We accept Google Pay, PayPal, and Credit Card payments and currently do not accept cash on delivery. Please note, credit cards must be issued in the same country as the shipping address.

We are a verified PayPal seller and all of our transactions are encrypted. We never store or have access to your payment information. It's safe to process your payment on our website. You will be charged for the items you will purchase, which you can review at checkout before completing your order.

Vitant will automatically preview prices in USD. For the final charge, the exact exchange rate is determined by your banking institution or any other mode of payment used.

Delivery Limits:

Because of international shipping method ability limits, it is difficult to deliver to some countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or resend orders that were never delivered if shipped to the following countries below:
